If a data subject believes that the processing of personal data related to him/her is in violation of the provisions of the Law and Regulations, he/she has the right to file a complaint:

• if in the territory of the Republic of San Marino to the Guarantor Authority for the Protection of Personal Data, as provided for in Article 88 of the Law, or to take appropriate legal action (Article 70 of the Law);


• if in the territory of the European Union to the Italian Data Protection Authority, as provided for in Article 77 of the Regulation, or to take appropriate legal action (Article 79 of the Regulation).
